We are proud to announce that companies maxcom d.o.o. and Y-collective Kft., Hungary, have been selected by the EU fund Interreg V-A Hungary-Croatia Cross-border Co-operation Programme 2014-2020, B Light, for the co-financing our joint project “CTRouter (Computer Telephony Router)”. Total worth of the project is 192.164,00 € where 75% or 144.123,00 € is coming from the EU contribution while the rest is our own contribution. Project duration is 18 months. Implementation starts on June 1st, 2019. and ends in November 30, 2020.

The main idea of the project is to develop a modern, scalable, hardware and platform independent software product, mostly but not exclusively useful in the telecom industry. Product will provide a creation of the interconnections between different endpoints on the telecommunication and internet network (PSTN, PBX-es, online services, application servers, phone devices, etc.), advance call routing and failover capabilities. Its main task is to redirect calls through determined routes specified in customizable rules which are set-up via simple web interface. Product will be based on Asterisk, a well-known and rapidly growing open communication platform that will help us to focus on the application logic instead of low level telephony protocols.
